I know MOHO doesn't worry that he will breach fiduciary trust and exploit his position sexually. He is upright. It would violate his values.

Yet he worries about something and it has to do with sexuality. But it is not sexuality, per se. All individuals have that, but it is not "all individuals" that he wishes to refer to another. Moho only wishes to restrict certain groups of people from his table.

The only thing that I can see different between the groups of people who are "in" and those who are "out" is a difference in gender or sexual orientation--or a difference in the likelihood of being aroused to sexual thoughts when massaged by a male heterosexual.

There is nothing intrinsic in gender to warrant discrimination. There is nothing intrinsic in sexual orientation to warrant discrimination. After all...even in the case of Moho, these people are still getting massaged.

The only conclusion remaining as to the essential criteria is stated in my third assumption: That it relates to the likelihood of sexual thoughts being provoked by the massage action.

If there are no sexual thoughts, and if there is no concern for sexual thoughts, then I do not see why he is segregating. In that case one can only assume the reason for segregation is merely capricious--in which case I am done with discusssing the matter.

If the concern IS for the likelihood of sexual thoughts being aroused, then you can confirm that with me right now, and we can move along.

Is it reasonable that if no sexual thoughts have been stimulated or there is no reasonable likelihood of same, that Moho's scruples will be satisfied? Is that not the basis on which he feels comfortable in massaging heterosexuals?
