"Arousal (being turned-on) goes beyond having a sexual thought and should be detectable by a trained massage therapist, as you indicated earlier"

Surely, the content of sexual thoughts would be impossible for anyone to discern without asking the person. But is it fair to say that an aroused person might be having sexual thoughts? For example: "Oh, that feels so good! I wonder if he is a good lover!" Bear with me on this. I am only trying to establish whether the arousal can properly be viewed as sometimes including sexual fantasies and any imagination at all since these all involve thoughts. Trivial as certain items may appear to be, it is best to confirm agreement as we go along so that some unknown point of disagreement does not throw meaning into chaos.
