Your a moron plain and simple. We pay a fortune to the public school system a monopoly that fails over and over. The only reason it exists is that the Democrats protect it at all costs. They don't care that the children learn nothing. California spends the greatest portion of its budget on education and the teachers are incompetent and the methodology is rotten. There is no greater fraud and scandal than the Democrats and the teachers union violating the rights of these children to have a decent education. You libs always say LOOK AT EUROPE. WELL THE EUROPEANS CONDEMN THE METHODS WE USE.
