We're not talking about the same thing. xD is a flash memory card used in Fuji and other digital cameras. I'm talking about the charge coupled device (CCD) or light sensor that actually is involved in capturing, not storing the image. CCD manufacturers include Fuji, Sony, Kodak, and several others. The point I was making is that SanDisk expects considerable revenue from flash memory of either the removable or embedded type supplied with camera phones. If those phones use a defective sensor, and if the phone manufacturers can't get a working part from Fuji or elsewhere, that will delay camera phone sales and result in lower revenues for the companies like SanDisk, which supply the flash memory. Where is the bias in this view?
