"If someone has been sexualized inappropriately in this situation, injury has occurred." Your use of the qualifier "inappropriately" implies the possibility of being "appropriately" sexualized. Presumably, you could have just said, "If someone has been sexualized in this situation, injury has occurred." However, I don't want to proceed on the assumption that there is appropriate sexualization--not without your validation.
