I tried that and reached a different login screen, which added to my suspicions. I also saved the page I was sent to and looked at the HTML - it's almost all Javascript and produces a font not seen elsewhere on the Paypal site. The link is: service4-paypal.com If someone else could go there and give their opinion I would be interested. My gut tells me this is not legit even though the E-mail looks like it came from Paypal.
