Like it or not various France, Germany, Russia, Britain and the USA have been vying for influence and control in the Mideast for almost 100 years. The coalitions efforts and sacrifices to set Iraq on a course of Democratic self rule is the moral and necessary thing to do now. Unfortunately the coalition is not bigger because to many other parties want to continue with business as usual having little interest in a free Iraq.
