"Arguably" only gets you in the courthouse, it does not necessarily win your case....... So, once you've reached the courthouse, we assume it's possible to win the case, no? Which means that Mojo could be held liable, freedom of conscience claim notwithstanding, no? Why is this so hard? <g>
