Actually I think all drugs should be legalized. But if you do the crime you should do the time. But Rush is not guilty of any crime as far as I can tell. And Rush should be able to exercise all his legal rights. Of course lefty loons would not mind suspending civil liberties to get those they hate. Being addicted to a drug is not a crime.
