<the American people themselves cannot stop this Manufacturing shift, we need the help of our elected officials to do their jobs......> appears to me that the present regime won't be of any help......Brown & Root are "awarded" a contract to start the rebuilding of Iraq.....whatever happened to the "bid" process to let out contracts?......oh, is Brown & Root a subsidiary of Halliburton, Cheney's ex company?.......I don't see things changing......the elected officials will back the money & the people that got them elected.
