That's right..it's onwards and upwards from here. The dirty work has been done. There are indications that a 60 day time frame for the signing of this deal must be adhered to under Serbian Law. Since the parliament approved this on Aug 28 we should see this deal signed by Oct 28 at the latest it could even happen next week.
