Arnold got away with it because a lot of voters in California think like most of us here on the right. Not exactly, Bill. Sure there were plenty like that that provided the bulk of his votes, but the margin of difference for Arnold was the group who wanted Davis out and couldn't stomach Bustamonte. Arnold was centrist enough, and famous enough, to get these folks' vote. I'm OK with Arnold. In fact, I'm curious to see how this is going to work out. IMO balancing the budget will not be as easy as Arnold has indicated -- I think a train wreck is possible. :o/ --fl@we'llsee.com
