BLS 'prepackaged' the deal prior to BK, in fact BK was part of 'the deal'. Everything was going 'according to plan'. In fine BLS style, everyhting is still going 'according to plan' - we just dont know who's or what plan! At this point, any BLS involvement is suspect wrt my interests being justly served.
