yes, I suppose if you were in charge, defense spending would disappear and payments for sex change operations for state workers and triple damages for coffee spillers would be the order of the day....

As the world progresses, so must we. Just as old silos full of nukes do not cut it anymore, the threat of nuclear attack has to be considered.
