Rowe v Wade should be overturn because it's a perversion of the Constitution

The trouble with Rowe v wade is that it was "Judical Fiat." The subject was being fought out by the legislatures and we would now be just about where we are if we had left it to the states.

The main advantage if it had not happened is that the hatred for the decision would not have happened. Tempers would have been cooled by having the arguments being made and accepted in the legislature.

But Rowe V Wade happened, and to overturn it now would be just as big a "Judicial Fiat" decision. And a real war would be ignited.

Race relations are a good example of law handled differently. "All deliberate speed" allowed time for the battles to be fought out in the legislative trenches.
