To your surprise, I lived in China when Mao was reforming the country. And with the exception of cultural Revolution, he did his best to make China stronger!! and he has succeeded. Otherwise, the Korean War would not have ended the way it ended! >>What heritage did he give to Chinese people? << More than you know! that is for sure. Not only for China, but for the world! Your question has telling me that you knows NOTHING about Mao! >>How many years did the schools closed and students send to remote country side to "repair the Earth"? << The college has been closed bet. 1966-1970, and the elementary and middle schools, from June 1966- August. 1968. Apparently, you knows little about China! And I have better things to do than educating you<g>. So I will stop here.
