Well, if I recall correctly my point was that Doerr is the strongest voice there (at KP) and he has made the anti-options expensing crusade his raison d'etre. So here you have the #1 guy at KP, with options expensing his #1 concern. Khosla, who is also influential has a differing view isn't really championing options expensing with the same zeal, to say the least. Khosla is backing these visa programs from what I understand, but those are going down anyway.
