Actually, I thought the Carter administration was the worst in my lifetime, until this one. There are some curious paralells - the Carter administration came into power as a repudiation of the Nixon-Ford admin. Bush came into power as a reaction to the Clinton lying about a blow job, with a lot of help from Jeb Bush and the Supremes. As with Carter, we've been stuck with a one term loser, only this one has bankrupted the country, started a needless war, lost millions of jobs by perpetuating an insecure business envoirnment and put us in a mess it may take another decent two term president to get us out of.
