Right. The situations where I can imagine him being held liable would have nothing to do with his stand on "Freedom of Conscience." He would be equally liable, if he had simply over booked to the extent that he could not fulfill the contract ... a mistake on his part, but not relevant to his ethics concerning his services on the massage table.
