No more than the Sunnis or the Kurds. I am not sure how the the ethnic issues will break out.

Cost is a big issue, but less important in the long run given the future costs if Iraq became a terrorist nation. If we can promote democracy in Iraq, trade and contracts should take of the money issue. It would be good to hear something about Iraq paying for it's own rebuilding with that oil money we are trying to get going. The fraud in the system is quite worrisome, for example those prison costs recently reported.


If they can get a workable democracy, it almost makes the cost worth it.......assuming it stays where it is right now which is $200 billion.

Yeah, I was surprised by that prison charge. I don't understand the attitude........do they think we are a money pit?
