Press releases issued at 8pm Friday on the closing of the deals on sale of repap usa and the Manitoba facility. Debts assumed, with about $227 & $44 million in cash to repap, respectively. Its on PR newswire and available on the yahoo rpapf stock quote record at "news". Deals to be voted at Sept 25 stockholder meeting.
