Small Cap Hedge Fund Manager Morton Cohen maintains that Valence Technology and Ultralife Batteries are promising. In his view, they are "significantly undervalued." He also states that it appears the institutional buyers are moving in because of the recent increased volume. Because of the wide circulation of Barrons to investors, the word is getting out and it looks like this stock is ready to climb upward. Combine this with a positive conference call on Tuesday we all should be positioned to sit back and enjoy the ride.
