Nope, but they weren't stupid enough to start a war with a 4th world power because they thought they were a threat. Just thinking somebody has weapons is not enough. You have to be certain if you're going to put our military in harm's way. And Bush was reckless and folks who are serving or served more honorably than he did are paying the price.
