That's the way they taught her. After she "graduated" HS she got a job at Boarders Book Store running the cash register. Now if you give her a $20 for a 17.34 purchase you get $2.66 in change and would you like to join our book club. 4 years and never without a job. I've seen regular graduates that would give you a $10 in change for a twenty on a $15 purchase.
