It's unfortunate that the US no longer has the military or financial means to target the true terrorist-harboring countries after wasting so many valuable resources in Iraq.

And for every terrorist haven we think we "clean out", how hard is it for the whole operation to move lock, stock and barrel to the next obscure piece of Third World desert?

Not hard at all. There's more desert out there than we or anyone can cover. A few dozen personnel, new cell phones, new dummy corporations with offshore bank accounts and the game goes on.

A deadly game, sad to say.
