Bush is fiscally conservative?

Your numbers are all about expenditures. What about the $ the gov't brings in versus what it spends, ie the deficit?

It doesn't matter what Bush spends if the gov't brings in enough money. If we had a surplus, it would be a different matter. We don't have a surplus anymore. We donated a lot of it to Haliburton and the defense contractors.

Spending more money than you have is not fiscally conservative.
