<very little interest on the part of the Iranians to cooperate with the Europeans on nuclear issues> Actually, there has been lots of cooperation. The Europeans (Russians, mainly) sell the technology and materials, the Iranians buy it. The Europeans make a profit, the Iranians get the Bomb soon. Everyone's happy with this cooperation. It is way too late to get serious about non-proliferation, they are just going through the motions.
