You and me both, pal. I could see a faint line beginning to cross the minus sign on my Excel 97 spreadsheet that precedes my net profit.

How is it that WNDR filed its suit first and now it is dropping $1.9MM to get rid of the case? {This is a rhetorical question...I know plenty of lawyers who have an answer.}

I'm a very unhappy camper this weekend. It seems that every time I think I am going to be rewarded for my investment in WNDR I get kicked in a place that gives me a high-pitched voice. This reminds me of Groundhog Day. But, in my case we have to wait 6 more months instead of 6 more weeks.

Yes...this is only temporary. Save that line for the institutional buyers. I would like to get my money out before I am too old to use it. This is another delay that opens the door for additional potential "non-recurring charges".

On the bright side, at least I didn't buy Informix.
