I agree that the overall market is high, but that makes small cap value stocks that much more appealing. Compare LOGIY's fiscal 1996 and fiscal 1997 financials (available on their Web site) then compare that to most of the other tech stocks out there:

--Trailing PE of 14 and a forward PE of 12
--Gross margins up from 27% to 30%
--Marketing up 20%; R&D up 30%
--General administrative up only 4%
--Net income up over 150%

Do you have any idea why they tumbled and recovered in July? Can't find much news on that.
