I think my post is clear. Again, you don't like psychological analysis of your posts, yet you want to go over every word in deep ANALysis.

It's clear what I meant by bluff. I expressed my opinion that the UN is bluffing. They won't provide money or troops even assuming, arguendo, that the US gives them what they wanted. I even suggested that you define what that was.

If it's a timetable that is only holding this up, then give them the timetable. Then it will be interesting to see if they start rounding up troops and money or whether they start backpedalling.

Assuming the US gave everything, as defined by you, that the UN wants, do you seriously think that the UN will raise the 100,000-200,000 troops and $100 billion necessary to do the job?
