Will you concede that manufacturing capacity is an absolute necessity for economic growth? Imagine a world where you have two groups. The first is well educated and designs the products to be made. The second is poorly educated and only has the skills necessary to manufacture. Which do you think will be the higher compensated group? I would argue the first.
