CD, I am in no trouble at work. Been here 2.5 years and of course I am expendable but have 20 years experience , processing, loan officering, sub-prime, FHA new construction, etc etc. Just a lowly employee a lazy one after all these years but a sharp one. LOL.Two of us ran the office for almost a year. And before we had a worthless manager for a year or more so the two of us have had our way and ran things for a long time. The West coast divisional manager just hired a new Oregon and Southern Washington Retail sales manager and he hired an opertions manager to really beef up the staff, hire loan sales people etc. So essentially donkey Tom and donkey Karen don't have lot's to do yet but everyone is breathing down our necks. So............... <g> The cheeses are gone so here is the message on what is happening. It is a good thing actually as you may have seen my early morning exchange with Bob J. He is one very sharp guy. We may have to wait 15 months for the big rally so I need to survive 1.5 to 2 years of salaried income until everything is paid off and I can slow down with a very nice PF in the bank. BTW what is T that rhymes with D??
