It took the Clintons six months to get their assets into a blind trust for some Clintonian reason. It was in this period that Hillary made the short enhancing policy statement. To refresh my memory did a quick Google search and got this: whatreallyhappened.com I have no opinion about the Vince Foster stuff also at that site but the Trust info is good.
