The one in the preceding post is in the 2nd paragraph under "Cost Analyses".

THe preceding one is the 4th paragraph under "Overviews of Research on Small Classes".

Feeding more money to a bureaucracy is often like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. The excess money simply creates more bureaucracy. Very rarely do funding proposals for schools contain anything that guarantees reduction of class size. So even giving you your point means most proposals should be voted down.
