As we know from your prior posts, you don't know the first thing about the Constitution or how law is created (I believe it was YOU who proclaimed that the courts don't create law). The Supreme Ct doesn't. Laws have to be legislated. How about not wasting my time. No one asked you to post back. It doesn't matter whether the limitation is established by legislation or by the courts. It is still the law. Yes, because a law has to be created separate from the Constitution to deal with the issue. Clueless. Just clueless. Your ignorance is showing again..........
