Hi cAPSLOCK: SOROS' reference to "50 million, 60 million, 70 million Indians. 80 million, 90 million, 100 million Indians. Market makers, newsletter editors, telephone operators. Two little millionaire boys" makes me think he still expects a pump and dump scheme: The stock price goes up very high with accompanying publicity and millions of shares traded, and then returns to the bottom with only two men getting rich off of it.
