And Bush is much more likely to do that for a Repub than a Dem governor.

The fact that this is discussed so openly, that Bush might do something for a governor of one party but not another, I find really distasteful. I know all politicians do this but this issue of what Bush is "willing" to do for Arnold but not Davis is not a winning position to publicize, imho. Fiscal policy as it relates to a state in trouble should be a black and white manner for the president and not some kind of dating game.
