Bush will do photo ops with Arnold tomorrow. Big hoopla. Arnold wants Bush to bail out California. If he does, he's a hypocrite because he did everything he could to drain California and let the energy thieves rip us off while Davis was in power. If he doesn't help, then he's useless and Arnold won't even like him. Bush is in a fix. Arnold has a major-major problem on his hands. How to keep his campaign promises and balance the budget. ALmost impossible. Voters will learn rhetoric doesn't solve problems.
