We had pretty clear (bearish) reversals in DAILY charts on good volume with negative breadth.
However this just turns PVTCHARTs to NEUTRAL rather than turning them negative.
ST_MOMENTUM remains positive, though we are o/bt.

ST_CHARTS are therefore Bullish/Neutral while ST_PVTLOWS hold.
