Brown & Co is the value leader for online brokerages: 5$ market order and 10$ limit order. I use them and the service is far superior to Amtrade, which I also used in the past for a while when my NDB account was transferred to Amtrade. Then there is also Scottrade for 7$ market orders, they do have many local offices but I have not used them.
