Clinton's not "long gone." We live with his "legacy," which he spends each and every day promoting. I don't blame "it" on Clinton. I do hold him responsible for his specific actions and inactions. You guys would just love to pretend that all things political and economic can be measured from one inauguration day to the next, when it suits your purposes. It doesn't work that way.
