Not ready yet, but eventually voice recognition "on a chip" could replace all of the remote controls we have laying around the house, and more. "TV - On - Find - Seinfeld". Right now you have to speak into a microphone, I'm sure the technology where the "computer" could continuously "hear" speach at normal volume could and will be developed. Remember "Hal", from "2001, A Space Odessy". Could easily see that type of thing for the home in our lifetime (if not by 2001 -g-).
