The fulcrum? Yes, certainly. It is also the inflection point, the defining moment, indeed maybe even the moment of truth, when split-second timing is of the essence before the camel gets its nose under the tent and upsets the infrastructure, before the Titanic hits the state-of-the-art tip of the iceberg, when all the parameters point to an nth dimension and decisive action gets us off the treadmill.
