The 3 million dollar life insurance was probably Watters idea! He
has a battle ahead. If I am not mistaken there are plenty of private
clubs bigger than RICK. Two that come to mind are Deja Vu and the Men's Club. The Men's Club is international.

At least for a few years and if the lawsuit falls through, RICK's
will do well in Minneapolis. Like Houston, competitors catch up and
contract away/share your dancers. So, you end up with "Rick's, home
of the famous buffet!"

About the amoritization plan: the longest time given for a club is
the newly opened Cheseapeake Bay Club. They were given five years.
RICK's asked for 45 years... You can guess what city council
said. If I recall, both Houston locations ( one of which, I am told,
s now being sold ), has been refused a Sexually Oriented Businesses
permit.
