There wasn't a bubble during Bush Sr. Why are you obsessed with "blame"? The Republicans laid the policy groundwork for the '90's economic growth. Clinton was President when the stock market bubbled. He simultaneously pulled the rug out from underneath it, e.g. kneecapping MSFT, timing the collapse to coincide with the end of his term. Meanwhile, Clinton ignored the terrorist threat from abroad. You offer no support for your views, just a lot of bilious insults, insinuations, and expletives. Your greatest contribution to this thread simply is to point out how mean-spirited the dems really are, stooping at nothing to obtain and maintain power for their own sake.
