Let me make sure you've got this straight: You're saying that the FBI and police should have located each and every Kennedy clan member when their relatives committed the "alleged acts," and done a "lockdown" on any who were about to leave the country. Yeah, right. You don't even know what you're saying, and you're absolutely wrong. It would be unconstitutional, to boot. Clearly that doesn't bother you, though. And, I'm sure that many Kennedy's WERE traveling both within and without the U.S. when their relatives committed the "alleged acts."
