The low nos. are a result of the media's biased coverage of the situation in Iraq. The public has been fed a "It bleeds, it leads" campaign for the last few months with a bare mention of the successful reconstruction taking place throughout the country. If they were receiving a clearer picture of the actual situation and progress on the ground, the poll nos. would be more positive.
