You're mixing up two different things.

Your examples are of people who actively want to do illegal things that are harmful to others because those things are part of their belief system.

The issue of consciencious objection we've been speaking of is the exemption of people from an affirmative duty imposed by the government which would force them to violate their ethical standards. That's the Mojo example -- we're assuming that the government imposes an affirmative duty to treat customers without regard to gender; Mojo wants to avoid that obligation.

They are two very different principles, and should not be mixed up.
