Bushies are gradually bankrupting the government. This will enable them to, if they retain power, eventually do away with SS, Medicare, regulations, etc. The former two have already been paid for by working people. Then the Bushies will sell them expensive HMO's with poor service. They want to do away with unions too so working people will have no power. And if they can control the media and blitz the airwaves with a billion dollars in phony ads every year they'll mind control enough people to stay in power. Just like The Wizard of Oz except in today's world.
