North Korea has no oil, and would not be easy to invade. It could cost Bush politicaly if he stood up to them. Therefore he won't. He only goes for pushover boogey men with oil. Iran is next in their gun-sights. They would LOVE to start a war prior to the 2004 elections so Bush could be seen posing on more battleships (as if he was ever a real soldier).
